About RepRM

We believe that representation is evolving and therefore technology behind it should to.

Talent representation is built on relationships, trust, and the ability to create opportunities for clients. However, behind the agent is an enormous amount of work that often happens across disconnected tools, inboxes, conversations, spreadsheets and more.

We’re exploring a better way.

We are building RepRM around the belief that the business of representing talent deserves tech specifically built for it.

Our goal: bring essential parts of representation management into one intelligent operating system. Helping agents organize their businesses, manage relationships, oversee deals, and spend less time on admin work and more time creating value for clients.

Why We’re Here

The industry has changed. Athletes, creators, entertainers, and their representation are navigating increasingly complex relationships and opportunities. Yet the infrastructure behind it hasn’t kept pace. We believe there is an opportunity to rethink how these business operate.

Not by adding another disconnected tool, but creating a connected, proactive, and intelligent way to manage the business behind the talent.

Our Approach

Take a deliberate approach to building RepRM.

That starts with listening to the people who know this industry best: agents, managers, and agency operators. (If that’s you, drop us a line!)

Before deciding what the platform should become, (we’ve got BIG ideas) we’re focused on understanding how representation business truly operate, where the existing tools fall short, and where technology will make a meaningful difference.

The Vision

A better way to manage the business of talent.

A more connected and proactive experience for agents.

More time spent creating opportunities and building relationships. That’s what we’re working toward.
